How do I get your catalog?

Please e-mail us with your request for a catalog along with your company information.

What are your terms?

Provide us with some bank information and we will gladly arrange a NET 30 account for you. We accept Visa and MasterCard and C.O.D.'s on all UPS orders.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

Do you do C.O.D. shipments?

Yes, UPS only.

How do I set up a credit account with you?

Provide us with your bank information: Name, account #, bank's phone #, and the name of the person you deal with at the bank.

How soon do you ship after I place my order?

We pride ourselves on shipping on time and shipping complete. Your order will ship 3 to 10 days after it is received.

How do you ship?

We will ship using your designated carrier or suggest an alternative if we can not use your carrier. If no carrier is specified, we will ship the best and most economical way using our discretion.

Do you drop ship?

Yes, we will drop ship any item regardless of cost at no extra charge to you or your customer.
